Rural healthcare budgets never seem to stretch far enough to provide leaders with all the information they need to stay current and make the best decisions. That's why our partners donate a portion of their time to provide no-cost or at-cost educational offerings in a wide range of formats. From an all-hands workshop to a board retreat, we can be there with speakers and sessions to help shift your thinking, generate ideas, get out of a rut, solve a problem – whatever your specific need might be.

We also recognize that even the best leaders often find their hands tied by external stakeholders and decision-makers. That's why we've made it a part of our mission to help local leaders and elected officials understand the macro environment facing rural healthcare. Whether it's a public hearing or private meetings, we can offer an unbiased take on the state of healthcare in your community, based on years of experience and real-world examples from around the country.
